P7- 300 Portable Sand Blasting Machine

A surface can be cleaned, smoothed, shaped, and cleaned using Portable Sand Blasting Machine SBM P7-300, which forces solid particles across the surface at high speed. The effect is similar to using sandpaper, but industrial sand blasting produces a finish that is more even and free from problems in cracks, crevices, and corners.

Portable Sand Blasting Machine Working 

Choose the proper abrasive media for the job's surface first because it refines the media and eliminates large abrasive particles, wire mesh should be used to feed the abrasive media alike as abrasive sand, glass beads abrasive, copper slag, abrasive garnet, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, etc into the pressure pot. The huge particle may become stuck in the blasting hose and seriously harm the blasting machine if wire mesh isn't used and the media isn't loaded directly into the pressure pot. After turning on the air compressor, the first ball valve is then opened to let air into the air filter. Before entering the remote, compressed air is filtered by the air filter as the compressed air leaves the remote, it splits into two parts and proceeds to the pressure pot and mixing tube via the T connector. 

The dead man handle has a hole that, when closed, causes the pressure in the pressure pot to rise, increasing the pressure inside the pressure pot and exerting downward pressure on the abrasive media. The dead man handle also has a remote control and is connected to an air-breaded hose for air release. After completing each of these processes correctly, blasting can begin. After the blasting is finished, the dead manhandle hole is opened, allowing the pressure in the pressure pot to completely escape through the holes underneath the remote control.
