The SBM Remote Control Valve is an inlet/outlet valve that controls both the compressed air supply and the exhaust air to and from the blast pot. The Sand Blasting Manufacturer NPT Remote Control Valve is the most significant Valve advancement, with a more straightforward design and use of current materials and technologies.
A single abrasive sand blasting machine in India operator uses the remote control system to initiate and stop the blast equipment. A remote control RCV valve and a remote control DMH handle are connected by a twin hose in the remote control system.
When the operator depresses the lever on the Air Stop Remote Control Handle, a pneumatic signal is sent to the Remote Control Valve. The pneumatic signal activates a single piston assembly, which simultaneously opens the supply air inlet port and closes the exhaust pipe, pressurising the blast pot.
When the user releases the Air Stop Remote Control Handle, a return spring retracts the piston assembly, sealing the supply air inlet port and releasing the exhaust hose clamp, depressurizing the blast pot.
The RCV remote control valve is used to control the compressed air feed to the machine as well as the air blow-out from the machine. When the abrasive shot blasting machine operator presses or releases the DMH handle, both control functions are activated. A damper incorporated in the delivery set is used to bleed air from the tank.
When the DMH handle is pressed, the RCV remote control valve responds. The tank of the portable sand blasting machine or portable shot blasting machine is pressurized, and the abrasive blast cleaning operation begins. When you remove the DMH handle, the RCV remote control valve closes, the abrasive blast cleaning process stops, and the machine's tank depressurizes.
A dual hose connects the DMH remote control handle to the Sand blasting nozzle and the RCV remote control valve.
